Getting started with the Portal
Introduction
Welcome to the LATAM Pass PNA API Portal!
In the Portal, you can access all our documentation and manage the processes for testing the integration and assisted production, enabling you to operate with LATAM Pass integrated to their APIs - Application Programming Interface.
Additionally, we have dedicated support teams to assist our partners throughout the integration process:
- Assistance regarding the use of our APIs;
- Support during the integration process for new partners;
- Solutions and updates about issues related to testing and production environments;
- Clarification of questions or resolution of problems encountered in these environments.
First steps
Register yourself
Sign up to access all the Portal features. Once the registration form is successfully submitted, your user account will be automatically activated.
Login - Activating TFA
After registering and verifying your email, the next step is to set up two-factor authentication (TFA) to enhance access security.
Step by Step:
- When you try to log in after email verification, you will be redirected to the TFA setup screen.
- A QR Code will be displayed on the screen, along with a secret key.
- Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy).
- Scan the QR Code or manually enter the secret key into the authenticator app.
- The app will generate a temporary code.
- Enter the generated code in the corresponding field on the portal screen.
- Confirm the TFA activation.
- Once configured, you will need to enter a code from the authenticator every time you log in.

Create your test APP
After learning about how work as well as the different uses of our services, you can create a test APP.
You must Register App in order to generate your credentials and for sending requests to our APIs in the testing environment.
Technical note
The rate limit for any LATAM Pass PNA API is 10 RPS - Requests Per Second.
