To access the production environment, you must have your integration approved by following these steps:
- Access the Dev Tools > Register App functionality and register a new production APP;
- Wait for our team to get back to you to approve the new APP created;
- Once the APP is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our team;
- Perform the process described in the “Assisted production” section below.
What should I do after my integration is approved?
The production APP is not automatically approved, but remains in "Pending" status. This happens because we need evidence of the integration tests as a condition to approve the APP in production. Therefore, our team will contact you requesting this evidence. As soon as the integration tests are approved, the status of the production APP will change to "Approved".
What should I do if my production APP is rejected?
If there is any non-compliance, you will receive an email from our team with the rejection reason.
Your production APP will remain in "Pending" status and you will not have access to the production environment until all pending issues are resolved.
Assisted production
To complete the integration process, we go through assisted production. Remember that, for this step to take place, it is mandatory to have already obtained access to the production environment.
Therefore, as a final part of the integration process, the following steps must be followed:
- Open a ticket at the Support Center requesting assisted production;
- Our support team will define how evidence must be generated in the production environment;
- You will generate the evidence and share it with our team;
- Our team will perform a double validation of all evidence generated with the aim of ensuring that the process in the production environment presents the same behaviour as in the test environment, both from a technical and commercial point of view;
- Therefore, our team will notify you that the assisted production is complete;
- In the event of any non-compliance, we will contact you for alignment and corrections. Your production APP will be automatically disabled for security reasons. Because of that, you will lose access to the production environment and will return to the integration approval stage.
Next step
Contact the person responsible for the partnership within the LATAM Pass Commercial department to schedule the cutover for the next available Tuesday. Our technical team will monitor the operation during three days and will indicate, at the end of this period, whether or not a fallback is necessary to be completed by the following day.
